Highlands Dolphins Aquatics Club

The Highlands Dolphins (HDAC) is a positive, energetic swim program designed to help swimmers achieve their personal best. Regular swim practices contribute to lifelong fitness skills.

The Dolphins are a USA Swimming year round swim team located in San Mateo, CA. We are proud to serve the Highlands and San Mateo area swimmers on their quest to a safe, fun and positive swim experience. We have a variety of groups that meet most swimming ability needs. To schedule a tryout or for gneral information questions please contact coach Zach Wolfe at swimmingwolfe@yahoo.com. The tryout will consist of a 25 yard freestyle, 25 yard backstroke, 25 yard breaststroke and 25 yard butterfly. Please contact coach Zach for more details.

All Dolphins swimmers must be a USA registered swimmer to participate on the Highlands Dolphins Swim Team and in swim meets.
